Kook us not , wearing a hat designed for surfing can be cool because of its function. In the right conditions at the right type of right (wave) you'll be stoked on the Little Hatch surf hat. The right conditions will be defined as point breaks in scorching weather. Eric Geiselman unashamedly rocked this hat in the midday heat of Mainland Mexico points. We ran into him down there a few swells ago and were sort of baffled he chose to wear the hat. It was definitely not as extreme as a few other surfers down there wearing yoga pants under their boardies, but he got us second guessing ourselves for not packing surf hats.
